   Download as PDF/Excel or push directly to your Procore project as draft RFIs.

• Subject Line: Clear, specific subject that identifies the issue
• Description: Detailed explanation of the conflict or missing information
• Sheet Reference: Specific sheet number(s) where the issue appears
• Location: Grid lines, room numbers, or other location identifiers
• Suggested Response: Proposed resolution to guide the design team
• Priority: Severity rating based on impact to construction
• Category: Issue type (coordination, code, specification, etc.)

Connect your Procore account and push RFIs directly to your project:

• RFIs created as drafts in Procore for your review
• Sheet references linked to Procore drawings when available
• Assignees and due dates can be set before pushing
• RFI numbers follow your Procore numbering convention
